Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options & Rates

Shipping options and rates are displayed at time of purchase based on the entered address. Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging your order for safe transit. However, once a package has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to them.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. We recommend retaining all packaging materials and taking photos of any damage, as these may be required for your claim.

If you need assistance locating your carrier's claims process, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
