Limited Warranty Policy

QuantumRing ("we", "us") provides a 12-month limited warranty on all QuantumRing devices purchased directly from quantumring.com.au. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and is valid from the date of original purchase.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Subject to the exclusions in Section 3, this warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Hardware malfunctions that occur under normal use conditions
• Sensor failures not caused by physical damage or misuse
• Battery defects that result in significantly reduced performance under normal charging and use
• Charging case defects attributable to manufacturing

Where a covered defect is confirmed, QuantumRing will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement unit of equal or equivalent specification. Replacements may be new or refurbished devices.

This warranty does not cover damage or failure arising from, including but not limited to:

• Physical damage, including cracks, dents, scratches, or broken components caused by dropping, impact, or mishandling
• Water or liquid damage beyond the rated 5 ATM waterproof specification
• Damage caused by use outside of the device's stated operating conditions or specifications
• Unauthorised modification, disassembly, or repair of the device
• Damage caused by third-party accessories, chargers, or cables not supplied by QuantumRing
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration of the ring surface or finish
• Loss or theft of the device
• Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions or care guidelines
• Software issues, data loss, or app compatibility problems
• Damage caused by charging with incompatible power sources
• Devices that have had their serial number altered, defaced, or removed

QuantumRing reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a defect is covered under this warranty. Decisions made by QuantumRing following assessment are final.

Where a replacement is approved:

• QuantumRing will ship a replacement unit to the original delivery address on file, or an updated address provided by the customer at the time of the claim
• The customer may be required to return the defective unit before a replacement is dispatched
• Replacement units carry the remainder of the original warranty period, or 90 days from the date of replacement dispatch, whichever is longer
• QuantumRing covers standard shipping costs for the replacement unit within Australia. International shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:

• Contact QuantumRing via the support page at quantumring.com.au within the warranty period
• Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• Provide a clear description of the defect, including photos or video evidence where possible
• Allow QuantumRing reasonable time to assess the claim, typically within 5–7 business days

QuantumRing may request the return of the defective device for inspection before approving a replacement. Return shipping of the defective unit is at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• QuantumRing's liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product as described in Section 4
• QuantumRing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product
• QuantumRing does not warrant that the product will meet any specific health, fitness, or medical requirements

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under the laws of your country or region. Where local law requires a longer warranty period or additional remedies, this warranty will be extended to the minimum extent required by such law. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes any statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable local law.
