Reset your
Quantum Ring

If you're pairing it with a new phone, or returning or exchanging your ring, a reset will get it back to a clean state. Follow these steps in the app.

Tap Me in the bottom right

Choose System Setting

Choose Reset

Select Confirm

Scroll to the top of the Me page

Select Unbind

Returning or exchanging? Once your ring is reset, package it up and follow the return steps in our refund policy.
